Parks & Recreation Dog Training Classes

  • Course Instructor: Stephanie DeYoung
  • Location: Cobb Park Recreation Center @ 2302 State Street
  • Tuesday & Thursday Classes Available
  • Cost of all classes: $105
  • No dogs the first night of class!
  • Humans must be at least 16 years old
  • Please bring proof of Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations
    (VACCINES MUST BE GIVEN BY A VETERINARIAN).

Puppy Basics

  • Tuesday Classes from September 5th - October 10th
    6:00pm to 7:00pm
  • Thursday Classes from September 7th - October 12th
    7:15pm to 8:15pm
  • Training for puppies from 10 weeks up to 7 months of age

Learn how to handle normal puppy issues such as potty training, chewing, jumping, walking on a leash, and more all while making learning fun and effective for both you and your puppy!

Beginner Basics

  • Training for dogs over 7 months of age

Learn basic obedience fundamentals all dogs should know while making learning fun and effective for both you and your dog. No dog is too old to learn new skills!
