Details: The project includes the installation of approximately 15,000 linear feet of 12” diameter pipeline. This project will also provide for the installation of submerged piping and discharge manifold into Possum Kingdom Lake. The City holds a Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, authorizing the discharge of reverse osmosis concentrate produced by the Possum Kingdom Raw Water Roughing Facility back into Possum Kingdom Lake.
