Details: This project includes the installation of about 15,000 linear feet of 12” diameter pipeline. The City holds a Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit with the TCEQ authorizing the discharge of reverse osmosis concentrate produced by the Possum Kingdom Raw Water Roughing Facility (PKRWRF) back into Possum Kingdom Lake.
