Park Use

If you would like to use any of our parks for a special event, click below for the proper application. There is no smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted in any City Parks or Facilities.

How to Reserve

You can reserve a space in the following ways:

  • Reserve online via the Abilene Parks and Recreation registration site.
  • Reserve in person at Parks & Recreation Administration Office, located at:
    633 Walnut Street
    Abilene, TX 79601

The deadline for reservations is Wednesdays at 12:00 pm for the following weekend. Reservations are considered on a first-come, first-served basis for up to one year in advance. The person renting the City facility must be 21 years of age or older.

Adventure Cove

League Reservations

Starting February 1, 2021, a fee of $25.00 will be charged to each individual league player per season. Players who reside within the City of Abilene limits will be charged $20.00. To apply for a league scholarship, visit the Athletic Leagues page for more information.
