Goals for Abilene

The positive reverberations of economic security cannot be overstated. An aggressive economic development strategy that leads to an expanding job market is good for Abilenians. This is my primary goal. The effects of Abilenians obtaining well paying jobs touches almost every aspect of our economy and results in a stronger foundation for our city. An economically secure environment must have robust public safety measures, zoning and ordinance structures that promote development, a well maintained infrastructure, and high caliber quality of life activities.
