Saturday Matinee: "Snake Eyes"
Saturday, January 8, 2022
Catch a great new movie during the South Branch Library’s Saturday Matinee series. At this session, we’ll be showing 2021’s “Snake Eyes,” a G.I. Joe Origins story starring Henry Golding and Andrew Koji. In this film, after saving the life of their heir apparent, tenacious loner Snake Eyes is welcomed into an ancient Japanese clan called the Arashikage where he is taught the ways of the ninja warrior. But, when secrets from his past are revealed, his honor and allegiance will be tested - even if that means losing the trust of those closest to him. This film is rated PG-13 for sequences of strong violence and brief strong language and has a run time of 2 hours. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy.
