Youth are invited out to a great literacy event featuring registered therapy dogs.

Youth won’t want to miss out on this exciting literacy opportunity as we invite Abilene Therapy Dogs for another session of Read to a Dog. With ears open and tails wagging, join us for the chance to read to some of the friendliest and fluffiest four-legged pals around. Not only are they patient and polite listeners, they’re perfect for struggling readers as they won’t judge you for making a mistake. We’ll have a selection of books to choose from you, you just come ready to read to some of our canine friends on this day.
