Library Bats Puppet Show

Youth are invited to attend one of three puppet shows for the summer with stories adapted from the works of Brian Lies.

The Abilene Public Library Puppeteers proudly presents an interactive puppet show - Library Bats! The show will feature a selection of bat-themed stories inspired by the 2023 CALF artist Brian Lies. There will be three presentations of the Puppet Show - one at each library over the summer, so you can pick the day and time that works best for you. We’ll kick off our summer show at the South Branch Library on June 3 at 11:00am, followed by July 3 at 2:30pm at Mockingbird, and July 24 at 2:30pm at Main. The whole family is invited for this fun, free puppet show during the Summer Reading Club.
