The Abilene Taylor County Public Health District is closing out the decade with a Five Star Award from the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
The Five Star award, given to local registrars, comes as the facility has met award criteria including;
Attendance at specialized training & conferences.
Submission of a local registrar self-assessment survey.
Registered 96% of birth and death records in the Local Acceptance Queue within one business day between a given time frame during 2019.
Maintaining an average minimum search-to-print ratio of 60% using the Remote Birth Access System.
