ABILENE, TX – Abilene Police Department Special Victims Unit detectives arrested 32-year-old Eleno Silva III on an outstanding warrant for Second Degree Felony Sexual Assault of a Child. Detectives worked with the United States Air Force Special Investigators to secure his arrest. Detectives began investigating after an outcry was made by a juvenile. He is being held in the Taylor County Jail in lieu of a $30,000 bond.
