ABILENE, TX – The Abilene Police Department was called out to the Little Elm Condominiums on South 7th and Ruidoso St. just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2019, for a possible shooting victim. Police arrived to find a male victim, possibly Hispanic, laying in the parking area on the north end of the complex. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by a Justice of the Peace a short time later. The identity of the victim is pending notification next of kin. This investigation continues.
