East North 10th Street near Taylor Elementary is reducing to two lanes of traffic and a waiting lane for parents as crews replace a critical water line in the area.
Motorists should be prepared to reduce speed and proceed with caution during student drop-off and pick-up times.
Work should be completed by March 10.
