City of Abilene Solid Waste Services collects residential and commercial trash throughout the calendar year, observing just four holidays. Those holidays are:
New Years Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Solid Waste Services does not collect residential or commercial trash on the above-listed holidays.
