2022-2023 Year End Incident Summary

Total calls for 2023 were 17,363, while 2022 had 17,428 total calls. The total incidents break down is as follows:

  • Overpressure Rupture, Explosion, Overheat (No Fire) - 2022: 18 / 2023: 19
  • Rescue & Emergency Medical Service Incident - 2022: 10,822 / 2023: 10,817
  • Hazardous Condition (No Fire) - 2022: 559 / 2023: 629
  • Service Call - 2022: 2,098 / 2023: 2,014
  • Good Intent Call- 2022: 2,477 / 2023: 2,653
