ABILENE, TX – The Abilene Police Department Cyber Crimes arrested 66-year-old Rickylee Stafford on January 14, 2021. Investigators served a search and arrest warrant at a home located in the 1900 Block of Richland Dr. in northwest Abilene. Stafford is accused of uploading illicit pictures/video of a young girl through a popular social media application. Detectives seized electronic evidence. He was arrested and charged with Second Degree Felony Possession/ with Intent to Promote Child Pornography. He was transported to the Taylor County Jail. His bond is set at $25,000.
