Please allow at least 1 business day for service to begin. Customers submitting applications online or via email will receive an email confirming when service will begin.
To report water leaks or sewer stops, call 676-6000, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A real person will answer your call, and friendly field staff will come to help.

The City of Abilene offers same-day service for requests received by 1 pm at no extra charge. The primary name on the water account must come by the Water Office located at:4595 S 1st StreetAbilene, TX 79605
They must bring their drivers license and social security number information with them. Payment must be current at the present address before a transfer can be completed.
A $17.50 fee will be added to the first bill at your new address.
