The Conference Room at the Main Library is located on the 2nd Floor of the facility.  This room is used to host staff meetings on a regular basis and features a large conference room table that comfortably seats 12 people, with additional chairs lining one wall to bring the total number of occupancy to 20 individuals.

This room is also available to be rented out for small groups who meet the guidelines laid out in the library's meeting room policies.  Priority is given to use by the library, but the room is available to non-profit groups at no charge, $10/hr for all other groups.

A white board is available for use for discussions and also doubles as a screen that can be used with a computer and projector for presentations.  This room is available for renting during the library's hours of operation, and for additional information, contact the library's administrative offices at 325-676-6328.
