Does the City estimate my water bill between meter readings?

Sometimes it becomes necessary to estimate consumption, for reasons such as non-access to the meter. Customers who feel their bill has been estimated may call and request a reread. It can take up to four business days to reread meters. Once the access to the meter is cleared, we will obtain a reading and send a corrected bill if appropriate.

  • Due date for your payment
  • Water usage
  • Any other billing inquiries
