Transportation Security Administration Introduces "Blended Lane" at ABI
Approved TSA PreCheck passengers will notice a change at the Abilene Regional Airport (ABI) security checkpoint.
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has introduced a new "Blended Lane" system for the TSA PreCheck passengers at ABI. It is designed to provide pre-approved passengers the same TSA PreCheck experience and benefits while forming one single lane for all passengers.
The “Blended Lane” experience offers the same security processing guidelines for the TSA PreCheck program; as an approved TSA PreCheck passenger you do not need to remove shoes, laptops, 3-1-1 liquids, belts or light jackets.
