  1. Saturday Matinee: "Big Trouble in Little China"

    November 28, 2020, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM @ Meeting Room

Catch a great movie during the South Branch Library’s Saturday Matinee event where we play great hits. At this session we’ll be going back to one of the best action comedies, with supernatural elements, from the 1980s with “Big Trouble in Little China” starring Kurt Russell, Kim Cattrall, and Dennis Dun. In this film, a rough-and-tumble trucker helps to rescue his friend’s fiancee from an ancient sorcerer in a supernatural battle in Chinatown. This film is rated PG-13 for action adventure violence and has a run time of 1 hour and 39 minutes. Light snacks will be served, or feel free to bring in your own snacks and food for the movie. For additional information, contact staff at 325-698-7565.
