  1. Super Storytime: All About Clouds (South Branch)

    Kids and parents! Prepare to get ready for the next Super Storytime event at your South Branch Library where each month features a new theme for youth to get involved in. At this session, it’s all going to be about those white puffy clouds that fly above our heads in all shapes and forms. Come learn about clouds in this fun program that will include stories and other fun activities. Plus, well learn all about how clouds are made ad even make a cloud craft too.   2. Family Board Games (Main Library)

    Join your Main Library for a great Family Board Games session. We’ll offer a great selection of classic games such as Don’t Break the Ice, Candyland, and more, then you can play them as a family, or challenge other participating families in some gaming fun. Plus, you’re also welcome to bring a game with you to play. The more the merrier.   3. Genealogy Lock-In (Main Library)

    If you’re interested in tracing your family history, we encourage you to take advantage of the next Genealogy Lock-In session hosted at your Main Library. Arrive by 6:00PM because at that point, we’ll close the doors to the public and then head off to the genealogy collection for an evening of researching. Members of the West Texas Genealogical Society will be on hand, as well as staff, to be able to share tips and techniques when it comes to effective searching, and this will be a great way to utilize our collection without distraction as you’ll have the whole department to yourself.
