Tween Tech: Snap Circuits

Tweens and teens are invited to come out to the library to join us for a session on using our Snap Circuits. We’ll be exploring how to make simple electronics and machines using these tools, which will also teach you great STEAM skills while learning and having fun. We’ll supply all the instructions and materials needed, you just come ready to learn about coding and technology.

Read to a Dog Day

If you have a child that loves dogs then we’ve got the program for you! Join your library for an interactive literacy event featuring registered therapy dogs with the Tail Waggin’ Tutors. A host of four-legged friends will be visiting the library in the afternoon and they’ll be waiting for kids to sign-up to read to them. It’s a great way to practice your reading to an audience that certainly won’t mind if you make a mistake or two. Everyone who wants a chance to read will be able to do so and we’ll have a selection of books for you to choose from. Come ready to meet our furry listeners, but we do ask that you leave your own dogs at home.

Dive-In Movie | The Greatest Showman

Splash into adventure at Adventure Cove during our Dive-In Movies! We'll be showing a movie each month in the summer, and it's $4 per person for admission. June 25 we'll be showing The Greatest Showman. Gates open at 8pm, and we can't wait to see you there!
