1. How do I file a claim against the City?

To file a claim against the City for damages, please contact the Risk Management division at 325-676-6316. Each claim is reviewed on a case by case basis. Because of the complexity of some cases, research time varies.

2. How do I report an accident with a City vehicle?

If there are no injuries in the accident, please call non-emergency police at 325-673-8331. If there is an emergency situation, please call 911. Police will contact Risk Management and the claim process will begin.

3. How do I report reckless driving by City employees?

To report a City employee driving recklessly, contact the Risk Management division at 325-676-6316. Please provide information in as much detail as possible including the time, a vehicle number, the location, and a short description of the incident.
